Track and Build is a civil engineering and construction company based in London. We have continually grown since first being established over 10 years ago and provide a vast range of Civil Engineering and Construction services to the UK Rail Network, residential and commercial sector.
Track & Build has built its reputation and success on the skills and dedication of its talented team. We invest time into training and development to warrant a highly skilled workforce. We specialise in Civil Engineering and General Construction in and around London and the South East and are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality throughout a project’s lifecycle.
We are committed to working in a way that protects the health, safety and welfare of its employees and others affected by its activities. As a minimum we will comply with legislation and strive to continually improve performance. Health and safety will never be compromised for other objectives.

All employees and those working on our projects have a duty to co-operate with supervisors and managers, to maintain health, safety and welfare provisions, to take care of their own and others health and safety, to be free of the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst at work, and to report any concerns or unsafe conditions.
It is our company policy to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all employees and to make available all necessary resources in terms of manpower, plant and equipment, training, information and supervision for the safe execution of their work.

Track & Build is a company whose directors have a combined experience of more than fifty years in implementing complicated rail projects. We’ve built up substantial in-house experience throughout time, as well as an unrivalled network of contacts inside the industry. This means we can connect with our clients in an informed manner, allowing us to recommend the method that best meets their current and future needs.
At Track & Build our success is not measured by the number of active projects on which we are engaged, nor the number of resources we have deployed at any given time. We measure success by the amount of repeat business we do and the longevity of our relationships.
